Food available at Roseheart Kingdom

All food is bought from our local stores with fresh meat from our local butcher ensuring you have a freshly made meal each time.

We can also cater for dairy or wheat free diets and vegetarians too, just ask.

Breakfast (set menu)

A selection of packed cereals; Special K, Bran Flakes. Fruit ‘n’ Fibre, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Alpen ‘Swiss Style’ or Luxury Muesli.

Home made porridge with an option to be made with water, milk or Soya milk with a further option of salt or honey to flavour it to your own taste.

Fruit Salad with a selection of the sessions fruits in store or fresh from Roseheart Kingdom Gardens when available.

Plain & Chocolate Croissants with fresh ham & cheese served hot or cold.

Fresh from Roseheart Kingdom our own free range chicken eggs; boiled, poached or scrambled egg or have a surprise combination of the above, many do!

Fruit juice: Apple, Orange, Cranberry or Pineapple.

Freshly prepared Toast with a choice of Brown or White bread served with butter and a selection of Jams and Marmalades.

Lastly finish off with either a cafetiere of freshly ground coffee or a pot of  freshly brewed tea.

Lunch (a choice of)

Ham and cheese Pasta bake.

Home made soup served with butter and fresh white or brown bread (please ask for daily soup choice).

Ploughman’s Lunch.

Jacket Potatoes with a variety of fillings available, i.e., Cheese & Ham, Egg & Mayo, Tuna & Sweetcorn, Cheese & Baked Beans, Plain Potatoes & Butter, Cheese & Onion, Egg & Cress. 

Sandwiches with a variety of fillings, i.e., Ham & Cheese, Tuna & Sweetcorn, Cheese & Tomatoe, Eggs & Cress, Cheese & Onion, Salmon & Mayo. Or you may have a selection of your choice, just ask.

All sandwiches are served with a side salad and a selection of hand made crisps.

Evening Meals (2 Course Meal: Main Course & Dessert)

Roseheart Kingdom does not hold a licence for alcohol where residents are most welcome to bring their own bottle.

Main Course

Shepherds Pie made with lamb sourced fresh from the local butcher and served with a selection of freshly grown seasonal vegetables from our very own garden here at Roseheart Kingdom.

Fresh Salmon served on a bed of spinach served with a selection of freshly grown seasonal vegetables.

Lemon Sole served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables.

Lamb and Apricot Tagine served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables.

Glazed Gammon with Roast Potatoes and Chicory served with seasonal vegetables.

Desserts

Bread & Butter pudding served with either custard, fresh single cream or ice cream.

Chocolate mousse, cream & wafer fancies.

Lemon Meringue Pie with fresh single cream or ice cream.

Oaty Blackberry and Apple Crumble with custard or fresh single cream.
